Give your little one the best start in movement with our Tiny Tots program — designed especially for children from walking age to 3 years.
In this 30-minute class, children are introduced to gymnastics in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages learning through play. With a blend of structured and unstructured activities, each session includes:

10 minutes of interactive games to build social skills and confidence

20 minutes of guided free play exploring climbing, balancing, swinging, jumping, and crawling
Every week, new obstacle courses and activities are introduced to support physical, social, and cognitive development. Tiny Tots helps your child grow coordination, body awareness, and gross motor skills — all while having fun and bonding with parents or caregivers.

KINDERGYM
3 - 5 years

Class Duration: 45 minutes
Our Kindergym program is designed to support the physical, social, and emotional development of children aged 3 to 5 years in a safe and engaging environment.
Each 45-minute session includes:

10 minutes of interactive games to build confidence and social interaction

25 minutes of themed, coach-led circuits to improve strength, balance, coordination, and agility

10 minutes of guided free play to encourage exploration and creativity at each child’s own pace
With a new theme introduced each week, Kindergym keeps kids excited and motivated to learn through movement. Activities are carefully structured to enhance both gross motor skills (like jumping, swinging, and balancing) and fine motor skills (like grip strength and control), all while nurturing imagination and independence.
Whether your child is new to structured activities or ready to build on foundational skills, Kindergym offers a playful, positive introduction to gymnastics and movement.
GYM FUN
5 - 7 years
Class Duration: 1 hour | Mixed class
Gym Fun is the ideal program for young children transitioning into more structured physical activity. This class builds on fundamental movement patterns through playful yet focused activities that promote strength, coordination, balance, and social interaction.
Class Breakdown:

15 minutes: Fun warm-up games and stretching

3 x 15-minute rotations across apparatus like floor, beam, bars and vault
Children are introduced to core gymnastics concepts in a safe, positive environment that fosters confidence, body awareness, and a love for movement.


MAG (men's artistic gymnastics)
6 - 12 years
Class Duration: 1 hour
MAG is tailored specifically for boys, introducing them to six key apparatus: floor, rings, vault, pommel horse, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Classes are focused on developing strength, discipline, coordination, and spatial awareness.

3 x 15-minute apparatus circuits
This program encourages healthy competition, skill progression, and a strong athletic foundation for future gymnastics levels or other sports.
WAG Level 1 (women's artistic gymnastics)
7+ years
Class Duration: 1 hour
Level 1 is the first step in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and introduces foundational techniques across the four apparatus: floor, bars, beam, and vault. It’s perfect for girls ready to begin structured gymnastics training.
Class Breakdown:

The focus is on mastering basic skills, building flexibility and strength, and developing confidence in a supportive class environment.


WAG Level 2 (women's artistic gymnastics)
8+ years
Class Duration: 1.5 hours
Level 2 introduces more complex movements, combinations, and increased training volume to support gymnasts as they prepare for optional competition or higher levels.

WAG Level 3 (women's artistic gymnastics)

This level is designed for athletes who have a solid foundation and are ready to focus on skill advancement and competition readiness. The training becomes more intensive and goal-driven.

FREE G INTERMEDIATE

FreeG is a freestyle gymnastics program inspired by parkour and urban movement. Intermediate level introduces foundational flips, rolls, wall skills, and creative sequences.
Class Breakdown:

Kids build confidence and body control while learning to safely explore momentum, flow, and dynamic movement.
FREE G ADVANCED
12+ years
Class Duration: 1.5 hour
Advanced FreeG is for teens ready to challenge themselves with advanced parkour tricks, tumbling, vaulting, and wall techniques. It promotes individuality and creativity while reinforcing safety and physical conditioning.

The class is perfect for those looking to refine aerial skills and train in a less traditional but highly engaging format.


WAG COMPETITION SQUAD
Levels 3 - 10
Class Duration: Multiple sessions per week
Our WAG Competition Squad is designed for gymnasts who demonstrate dedication, potential, and readiness to compete. The program follows Gymnastics Australia’s National Levels Program and is tailored to each level from 3 to 10.
