SHOOTING STARS CLASSIC!
Held in Term 2 and Term 4 each year, our Shooting Stars Classic is a fun and supportive event that celebrates individual progress and personal bests.
This event isn’t a competition but a chance for gymnasts to demonstrate the skills they’ve been working on in class. Each participant is assessed individually against a set of skill benchmarks appropriate to their level. It’s all about striving for your personal best, building confidence, and enjoying the experience.
Based on their performance, gymnasts will receive a gold, silver, or bronze medal to celebrate their achievement. Every child walks away with something to be proud of!
UNDER 8'S DAY!
At Wide Bay Gymnastics Club, our Under 8s Days are full of exciting, age-appropriate gymnastics activities designed to introduce young children to the joy of movement. These sessions focus on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment. Guided by our qualified coaches, children under 8 will have plenty of opportunities to jump, roll, and explore, building confidence and physical abilities while having a great time.
SCHOOL CLINICS!
At Wide Bay Gymnastics Club, our school programs are designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Our programs cater to all skill levels and focus on developing physical fitness, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Led by experienced and qualified coaches, students will participate in a variety of activities, including tumbling and balancing. Our goal is to foster a love for movement and healthy living, while also promoting teamwork, discipline, and personal achievement. These programs can be tailored to suit the needs of individual schools and students, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved.
DISCO
At Wide Bay Gymnastics Club, our discos are all about good vibes, big smiles, and letting kids be kids! Held in our fun and familiar gym space, these nights are packed with music, dancing, and heaps of room to move. With disco lights flashing and tunes pumping, it’s the perfect chance for kids to hang out with friends, burn off some energy, and just have a blast. Fully supervised and full of fun, our discos are a great way for children to feel free, be active, and make happy memories in a safe and welcoming space.
Celebrate with an action-packed party at Wide Bay Gymnastics! Our parties are full of fun, movement, and excitement, hosted by our experienced team in a safe and energetic environment. We provide the venue, the entertainment, and the hosts, you just bring the food and decorations to make it your own!
